Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DreamMatch, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

Service Description

• DreamMatch connects professionals to their dream companies through AI-powered skill gap analysis.
• Talent features (free): Upload your LinkedIn PDF, declare dream companies, receive a personalized gap analysis, and optionally make your profile discoverable to companies.
• Company features (paid via credits): View aggregated, anonymized talent pipeline statistics and purchase individual profile reveals for professionals who have granted visibility consent.

Accounts

• You must create an account to use the platform. Accounts are created via Google or LinkedIn OAuth only.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent platform rules is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Talent User Obligations

• Provide accurate profile information. Do not upload LinkedIn PDFs belonging to another person.
• Do not create fake or misleading profiles.
• Do not use the platform to spam companies or misrepresent your qualifications.

Company User Obligations

• Use revealed profile data solely for legitimate recruiting purposes.
• Do not scrape, export, or republish revealed profile data.
• Respect talent privacy — do not contact individuals who have revoked visibility consent.
• Do not use the platform for any purpose other than talent discovery and recruitment.

Credits and Payments

• Profile reveals require credits. Credits are purchased in packs via Stripe.
• Credit purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• Credits do not expire but cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Pricing is subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

Intellectual Property

• DreamMatch owns all rights to the platform, including its AI models, matching algorithms, and design.
• You retain ownership of the personal data you upload (LinkedIn PDF, profile information, dream declarations).
• AI-generated gap analyses are provided as informational outputs and are not guarantees of employment or career outcomes.
• You grant DreamMatch a limited license to process your data to deliver the service.

Limitation of Liability

• DreamMatch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated gap analyses, company match scores, or career recommendations.
• We are not liable for employment decisions made by companies or talent based on platform data.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

• You may delete your account at any time via your settings page.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on the severity.
• Upon termination, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy retention terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. For Brazilian users, the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC) and LGPD apply where mandatory and cannot be waived. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
